I am passionate about helping people see how strong they are.
Often, we think about how stress, mental health challenges, and even trauma can leave us wounded. Sometimes we forget that our body, mind and spirit have the innate ability to heal.
I believe that whatever adversity people face, there is always potential to bounce back, find resilience and move forward. My goal is to nurture this healing journey with clients.
I believe therapy should help you see that you are strong.
When we face challenges, we often feel unsure, vulnerable and not at our best.
